AUTOMATIC 5-ELECTRODE SUBMERGED ARC WELDER

PURPOSE: An automatic 5-electrode submerged arc welder is provided to improve the performance of welding equipment by making up 5 electrodes and to automatically perform all welding work. CONSTITUTION: A welding trolley unit transfers a welding member, and a welding head unit welds the transferred welding member by five welding electrodes. A flux spray unit(30) is connected to the welding head unit. A flux supplying/collecting unit(40) supplies flux to the spray unit and collects the sprayed flux. A wire supply unit(50) supplies a wire to the welding head unit. An automatic slag crushing/collecting unit(60) is attached to the rear portion of the welding head unit. Then, a control unit(70) controls the welding trolley unit, the welding head unit, the flux spray unit, the flux supplying/collecting unit, the wire supply unit and the automatic slag crushing/collecting unit.
