PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat developable image recording material which does not cause an unevenness in heat processing due to a defective conveyance in the handling of the heat developable photosensitive material by incorporating lubricant dispersed particles comprising a specified lubricant and a specified dispersant into the outermost layer on the image forming layer side of a substrate. SOLUTION: The heat developable image recording material is heat-developed at a temp. of 80-140 deg.C and contains lubricant dispersed particles comprising a lubricant of the formula (R1COO)pL(COOR2)q and a dispersant of the formula (R3)a-G-(D)d in the outermost layer on the image forming layer side of the substrate. In the formulae, R1-R3 are each a 1-60C optionally substituted alkyl or the like, L is a (p+q)-valent hydrocarbon which may contain O or S, (p) and (q) are each an integer of 0-6, 1<=p+q<=6, G is a di- to heptavalent combining group, D is (B)n-E, B is -CH2CH2O- or the like, (n) is an integer of 1-5, E is H, 1-8C optionally substituted alkyl or the like and (a) and (d) are each an integer of 1-6.
