PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity joint boot having durability and capable of preventing the stress concentration to a boundary part between a small diameter cylindrical part and a bellow part. SOLUTION: This constant velocity joint boot is provided with a bellow part 1 formed of plural angle parts 1c and plural valley parts 1d, a small diameter cylindrical part 2 continuously provided to one end of the bellow part 1, and a large diameter cylindrical part 3 continuously provided to the other end of the bellow part 1. Thickness of a standing wall base part 1b of a standing wall 1a is formed larger than that of other parts, and thickness is gradually reduced from the standing wall base part 1b toward the angle parts 1c of the bellow part, and a positioning projection 6 is provided in the inner peripheral surface of the standing wall base part 1b. The outer peripheral surface of the small diameter cylindrical part 2 is formed with a fixing recessed part 4 between an opening edge part 2b and the standing wall base part 1b, and a bellow part side corner part 5 of the fixing recessed part 4 of the small diameter cylindrical part 2 is formed into a curved surface, and a ratio of the axial length L of the fixing recessed part 4 to the curvature radius(r) of the curved surface L/r is set within a range at 7-15.
