<p>A parking brake device for vehicle, comprising a pedal arm (2) having a ratchet (12), a pawl member (4) having a pawl (15) engaging with the ratchet (12) to hold the pedal arm (2) at the depressed position and release it from the position, and a posture change member (5) allowing the position of the pedal arm (2) to be held by the pawl member (4) when the pedal arm (2) is depressed further from the holding position, whereby a braking force setting function by foot depressing operation, a braking force releasing function by foot depressing operation, and a braking force additionally increasing function by additional foot depressing operation can be realized.</p> |
