FUZZY MEMBERSHIP ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT USING LINEAR RESISTIVITY AND SWITCH

摘要

PURPOSE: A fuzzy membership electronic circuit using a linear resistivity and a switch is provided to realize a fuzzy function appropriate for a request of a user. CONSTITUTION: An input part(10) constitutes a configuration of a fuzzy function for a user to constitute using a bias voltage. A voltage-current conversion part(20) generates a constitution voltage of the fuzzy function after converting an input voltage controlled by the bias voltage through the input part into a current through a neural network connection circuit. And a fuzzy function generation part(30) generates a fuzzy membership function by adding the voltage transferred through the voltage-current conversion part.
