The invention relates to an electrochemical process for manufacturing tubular microchannels in three-dimensional arrangements, applicable to the electrochemical systems for the analysis in high voltage fields. According to the invention, the process consists in manufacturing a three-dimensional metallic structure by bending, said structure being made of electrotechnical copper with more than 99.9 % purity and representing an exact copy of the tubular microchannel, in manufacturing an aluminium die by cold drawing, laying said three-dimensional metallic structure into the die, cold or hot casting an inert material and solidification thereof around the three-dimensional metallic structure, removing the die after the solidification, electrochemically dissolving the three-dimensional metallic structure by connecting the same to the anode of an electrochemical copper coating installation, washing and drying the tubular microchannel made inside the inert material.
