PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To get the good finishing of cooking at all times even if the ignition error of a gas burner occurs, in an object which is equipped with a heat source using a gas burner and posses an automatic cooking function. SOLUTION: In an object, which is equipped with a control means 28 which heats a substance to be cooked, using the combustion heat of a gas burner 5, and also possesses an automatic cooking function, and performs the igniting operation of a gas burner for a specified time when the cooking start operation is detected, and performs the reigniting operation of the gas burner by performing the cooking start operation again unless it ignites within the specified time, the control means is so constituted as to start the counting of a cooking timer 35 for automatic cooking, based on the on operation of a start key.
