PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire the information of a radio information bulletin board conveniently with high accuracy as well by reading stored information from an information storing means and transmitting the stored information to an external radio device of a transmission requesting source in the case of receiving a transmission request for the stored information from the external radio communication device. SOLUTION: When a radio portable information terminal 11 acquires display information stored in a display information storing part 2, the terminal 11 requests an information transmitting and receiving part 1 to transit the display information. When a controlling part 4 catches this transmission request, the part 4 instructs the part 1 to transmit the display information stored in the part 2. The part 1 returns a response signal to the terminal 11 and starts to transfer the display information. The part 1 sequentially reads the display information from the part 2 and transfers the display information to the terminal 11. The display information transmitted by the part 1 is sequentially read from the part 2 in this way and transferred to the terminal 11.
