PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve terminal efficiency and to suppress malfunctions caused by current fluctuation by packaging a cartridge, which incorporates a terminal resistor and a fluctuated current measure capacitor, on the top of a multiprocessor. SOLUTION: A socket 2 is packaged on the surface (upper face) of a printed wiring board 3, a multiprocessor 10 composed of plural processors 1 is mounted on the socket 2 and a cartridge 5, on which a terminal resistor 6 and a fluctuated current measure capacitor 7 are mounted, is packaged on the top (the prescribed face (upper face) of the top processor 1) of the multiprocessor 10. By packaging the terminal resistor 6 of a bus close to the multiprocessor 10, terminal efficiency can be improved. Then, by packaging the fluctuated current countermeasure capacitor 7, close to a feed pin for connecting a power source 8 to the terminal resistor 6 and the processor 1, the malfunction caused by the current fluctuation can be suppressed. |
