The fitment has at least one turning hinge between the grooves of the sash frame (2) and the blind frame (1). A knockout appliance, suspended from the turning hinge, has a rail spaced apart from a lengthwise guide slot. A drive rod on the back of the rail has an operating pin going through the guide slot. One end of a scissors arm is joined to the turning hinge's casement band by means of a link; the other end is guided by a pin along the rail's guide slot. The scissors arm has an upward pointing extension extending beyond its connecting link with the turning hinge's casement band. The extension grips behind a claw on the outside of the rail when the scissors arm is parallel with the rail. |
