PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic broiling machine wherein the cleaning work for carrying means such as a machine base and an endless belt being easy to foil, is extremely easy, and in addition, the carrying means such as the endless belt does not stretch or become loose, and is hard to thermally deteriorate, and which is excellent in maintainability and durability. SOLUTION: An article to be broiled is carried by a carrying means 3 to a heater 4 region, and the article to be broiled is broiled by the heater 4. In this case, the carrying means 3 is installed on a machine base 5, and the heater 4 is installed on a machine base 6. At the same time, the machine bases 5 and 6 are constituted as separate bodies, and when the article to be broiled is broiled both machine bases 5 and 6 are made approachable. Also, when the article to be broiled is not being broiled both machine bases 5 and 6 are made separable from each other.
