PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having a low dynamic ratio and excellent in vulcanizing adhesion and vibrationproof characteristics and useful for vibrationproor members, etc., by including a chloroprene-based rubber and an epoxy-based plasticizer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a chloroprene- based rubber (e.g. a xanthogen-modified chloroprene-based rubber) and (B) an epoxy-based plasticizer (e.g. an epoxidized soybean oil) in an amount of preferably 0.1-20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A. An additive such as a reinforcing agent (e.g. carbon black), a softening agent (e.g. a lubricating oil), a processing aid (e.g. stearic acid) or an antioxidant (e.g. a metal carbamate) may be compounded with the above composition. A vulcanization bonded material of the above composition to a metal (e.g. steel) can be obtained.
