PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and quickly transfer an execution file from a server PC to each client PC and to update the execution files of the client PC. SOLUTION: The server PC 20 is provided with an updating management means 25 for managing the normal updating to be executed at the time of transferring an updated execution file to each of client PCs 30 and each client PC 30 is provided with an execution file entering means 32 for entering the transferred execution file and overwriting the file in an external storage device, a lock state management means 35 for controlling a lock state so as to hold a shared lock state until the end of loading at the time of loading a copied execution file stored in the external storage device to a main storage device and hold an exclusive lock state until the end of updating at the time of overwriting the execution file in the external storage device and updating the execution file and an updating management means 34 for controlling the entry of the execution file on the basis of the lock state and managing updating.
