PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter-tipped cigarette of good quality which reduces the disposal quantity of tobacco leaves, reduces the quantity of toxic products contained in the smoke of the cigarette, has a simple structure and can be manufactured/mass-produced at a low cost. SOLUTION: This filter-tipped cigarette features comprising the following elements: a first cylindrical member 12 having a combustible cylinder 14 outside the member 12 itself and substantially filled with tobacco leaves 16; a second cylindrical member installed with a space emptied in a coaxially matched state with the first member 12 and substantially filled with a filtering material 24: and a third cylindrical member 30 composed of an external cylinder installed between the first member 12 and the second member in a connected state with both members, and providing a space 54 between the tobacco leaves and the filtering material. The third member may have an opening 50.
