Process for checking and controlling phone calls aiming to avoid dialing errors, refers to a process that checks and controls the dialing of telephone numbers aiming the detection of mistaken or wrongly dialed numbers, through mathematical calculations executed by "software" in a computational system associated with an operational control system by a digital telephonic central in the digits of the phone numbers (which will have one or more checking digits in its structure), avoiding the making of calls to undesirable and/or inexistent numbers, in so obtaining the lowering of costs, avoiding time losses and optimizing the use of the telephonic centrals by mainly reducing unnecessary traffic in peak schedules as well as by substituting phone centrals internal routines and unifying the messages to the users. |
