PURPOSE:To receive the incoming of only specified calling party irrespective of the place of the location of the calling party son and reject that of other party, by constructing so that an automatic response circuit automatically respond to the incoming call, and the incoming call is rejected if the incoming voice is other than those registered in the calling party registration circuit. CONSTITUTION:A control part 1 includes a line control circuit 2 which monitor a telephone line LIN, an automatic response circuit 3 which automatically responds to incoming call, a voice information memory circuit 4 which stores the specified message used for the incoming call as well as voice information used for discriminating the calling party, and speech recognition circuit 5 which compares and discriminate the voice of caller and the voice recorder in the voice information circuit 4. In addition to these, it is composed of voice reproduction circuit 6 which reads and reproduces fixed message recorded in the voice information memory circuit 4, voice information input circuit 7 which inputs voice information to be used for discriminating the calling party in the voice information memory circuit 4, calling party registration circuit 8, incoming notification circuit 9 which notifies the incoming call to the user and message registration circuit 10.
