PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently add/register a non-specified opposite party as a specified opposite party by registering and managing information on the non-specified opposite party. SOLUTION: It is checked whether an addition object is registered in a non- specified opposite party management area or not at the additional mode of a specified opposite party. When it is previously registered, the input of a serial code given to the non-specified opposite party being the additional object is waited for by the key operation of an operation display part 16. When the serial code is previously inputted, the opposite party to whom the code is given is deleted from the non-specified opposite party management area and the opposite party is newly registered in the specified opposite party management area of RAM 22 as the object of a paper feeding function by individual opposite parties. Then, display for designating the deletion mode of the registered opposite party is executed at a specified opposite party registration mode. When the deletion mode is designated, the registered specified opposite party from which the serial code is selected by the key operation of the operation display part 16 is inputted/set and it is deleted from the specified opposite party management area of RAM 22.
