PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition used for a molding material, having sufficient flame retardancy and water resistance, with basic performances, and free from toxicity, environmental pollution and the like. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains a urethane (meth)acrylate, a polymerizable unsaturated monomer and an inorganic filler, wherein the urethane (meth)acrylate is obtained by reacting polyhydric alcohols containing a phosphorus-containing polyhydric alcohol with a polyfunctional isocyanate, and a hydroxylated (meth)acrylate and/or a (meth)acrylate having a phosphate group.
