PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and attractively stick a protection membrane of a sound absorbing material on a punching metal and to safely, sanitarily and efficiently carry out the work. SOLUTION: Instead of a solvent adhesive, a heat molten adhesive sheet 9 is held between a punching metal 4 and a protection membrane 8, and the protection membrane 8 is stuck on the punching metal 4 by making heat-press. By the constitution, the application of an adhesive can be evenly made, uniform adhesion can be obtained over the whole surface, there is no drop of the adhesive on the surface, and work is easily carried out. Health disorders of a worker or danger of the occurrence of a fire caused by volatile solvent can be reduced.
