摘要 The lamella (fig.1) is a metal accessory meant to convey heat from a roaster-toaster to the thermostat thereof. Part of the invention relates to the design, manufacture and application of said lamella to the electric toaster-roaster by means of the specially-congigurated angle (2); given that one end of said lamella is enclosed in the lower part of the heating resistance (6), the invention constitutes an improved manner for conveying the heat to the thermostat (1) what adds safety to the apparatus even in case where the metal plates (8) are out of place. Thereby, temperature is not dangerously increased so that plastic accessories are prevented from melting and fire danger is excluded. The mode and the point wherefrom heat is conveyed to the thermostat are instrumental in the heat conveyance. The advantage of the selected point (6) is the fast heat conveyance from the element (5) to the thermostat (1) so that the thermostat becomes sensitive to the temperature changes and prevents the temperature increase at the various parts of the apparatus by putting on or out this last. This results in the temperature stability, the better baking, the protection of the plastic accessories from overheating, and the protection of the teflon-coated plates as well.
