PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation method suitable for cultivating Lyophyllum aggregatum species by using a cultivation bottle with a long-bodied shape. SOLUTION: This method for artificially cultivating Lyophyllum aggregatum by vertically arranging many cultivation bottles 11 in a container 10 with a plane dish-like shape, filling each of the cultivation bottles 11 with a culture medium, and carrying out sterilization, inoculation of spawn, culture of mycelium, generation of mushroom and growth of the mushroom, comprises using a plate having many open parts penetrating the plate in upper and lower direction to secure the air permeability at least as a bottom plate of the container 10, carrying out the operations prior to the inoculation of the spawn, in a state where the cultivation bottles are compactly arranged in the container 10, taking up one to plural cultivation bottles 11 in the container 10 at the center part before the culture of the mycelium, storing the containers 10 after the taking-up of the bottles in a stacked state so as to form many steps in the upper and lower direction in a culturing chamber, and carrying out the culture of the mycelium for a given period.
