PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to uniformly puncture and break refuse bags before feeding these bags into equipment and to uniformly and continuously execute the agitation, mixing and incineration of the refuse by installing a moving device travelably and traversably to the upper part of a refuse pit and disposing a bag rupturing machine having bag rupturing blade bodies via a lifting device at this moving device. SOLUTION: The refuse is fed from a pit feeding gate 14 and is reloaded by a refuse feeding crane 15. When the girder 3 of the bag rupturing device A and the moving device 5 are made to travel or traverse, the moving device 5 is moved by a controller 10 in accordance with the refuse level information in the refuse pit 1 and thereafter, the lifting device 6 is driven to lower the bag rupturing machine 8 is lowered. A motor 51 for driving the bag rupturing machine 8 is driven to rotate the bag rupturing blade bodies 21 to pierce and break the refuse bags. The lifting device 6 is thereafter driven again to rise the bag rupturing machine 8 and to pull the rupturing blade bodies 21 from the refuse bag. The refuse and the moisture included therein may be homogenized and the continuous and uniform incineration of the refuse is made possible. |
