PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a floor heating sheet such as heating structure to a floor base, without reducing the size of the heating surface by improving difficulty of nail striking fixation to the structure. SOLUTION: Conductive main lines 2, 3 and conductive branch lines 4, 5 are provided on an internal surface of a surface side insulating film, and a heating surface 6 is provided on a lower surface of a printed region of the conductive branch line, and the conductive main line 2 on a power supply section side is connected with one terminal 9A of the power supply section 9. Furthermore, there is provided a longitudinal conductive main line 8 extending from the other conductive main line 3 located on the opposite side of the power supply section 9 toward the power supply section side conductive main line 2 between it and the heating surface side at the central portion, to the tip end portion of which main line 8 the other terminal 9B of the power supply section 9 is connected. Furthermore, there is provided a protective film disposed on a lower surface of a printed region of a current circuit and the heating surface, and a surface side insulating film and a back surface side insulating film are bonded to each other, along peripheral portion thereof to form a nail striking region 12 on opposite side of the heating surface 6, where a heating substance and a conductive substance are not present.
