PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the design change by providing beams in the top surface of the slab at least in an exclusive use part with the inverted-beam construction, and previously providing the beam with plural through holes so that pipeline for exclusive use part can be arranged in a space under the floor. SOLUTION: Beams 3, 4, 5, 6 are formed by the inverted beam construction so as to be projected from the top surface of a slab 8 of an exclusive use part, and beams 6, 7 are formed by the normal beam construction so as to be projected from the lower surface of a slab 26 of a common corridor 2. The beams 3, 4, 5, 6 are provided with plural cylindrical through holes, and in order to secure the corrosion resistant performance of the reinforcement, the through hole is arranged so that distances D1, D2, D3 from the beam top surface to the top part of the through hole are formed at 21-29 cm. A drain tube 12 provided in a space under the floor is connected to a lateral common drain tube 20 extended along the common corridor under the slab 26 of the common corridor, and a water supply tube and an electric wiring are arranged under the slab 26 so as to form a common groove 30. Change of design including arrangement of sanitary is thereby enabled.
