SOLUTION: In the liquid treatment apparatus, a separation plate 15 is arranged inside the lower conical main body 12 provided to the lower part of a container 10 in an inverted conical shape and a liquid rising gap 14 is formed between the lower conical main body 12 and the separation plate 15. A raw liquid introducing cylindrical part 16 is provided so as to surround the opening 14a provided to the lower end of the liquid rising gap 14 and a raw liquid introducing pipe 17 is connected to the cylindrical part 16 from a tangential direction. A sedimentation tank part 18 storing a sediment is formed to the inside part of the separation plate 15. A purified liquid rising pipe 23 for raising a purified liquid is arranged to the upper central part of the container 10 and a purified liquid lead-out pipe 24 is drawn out to the outside. A floating matter storing flotation tank part 21 is provided to the head part of the container 10 and a floating matter discharge part 22 is connected to the tank part 21. A fine air bubble generator 41 for generating fine air bubbles smaller than a fine suspended substance is arranged to the outside of the container 10 and a fine air bubble supply pipe 44 for supplying fine air bubbles to the raw liquid introducing cylindrical part 16 from the fine air bubble generator 41 is connected to the fine air bubble generator 41 along tangential direction.
