<p>PURPOSE:To provide the production line layout generating device which automatically discriminates the process order, the inter-process linkage, and the inter- equipment linkage to generate the production line layout at the time of generating the production line layout in a plant. CONSTITUTION:Graphic data of respective processes and equipments, arrangement rules of respective processes and equipments, and sizes, movement ranges, work sizes of respective equipments are stored in a layout graphic DB 22, an arrangement rule DB 23, and an attribute data DB 24 respectively as information required for generation of the production line layout, and a model detection part 11 detects the inter-process linkage based on information inputted by a process table input part 10 to connect the graphic data of respective processes and equipments and determines intervals of processes in accordance with attribute data, and a layout plan generating part 13 generates the line layout.</p> |
