PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote blood circulation and to obtain a high thermotherapy effect by arranging a far infrared-ray irradiating device in a seat back part so as to be vertically movable. SOLUTION: The far infrared-ray irradiating device 4 is projectingly arranged at the upper side of a massage mechanism 3 and automatically, electrically and vertically moved integrally with the massage mechanism 3. Besides, the device 4 is arranged in accordance with treating elements 6 and 6. The part to be treated in the back is irradiated with a infrared-rays during massage and thermotherapy is executed. Thus, a massage effect by the vertical movement of the treating elements 6 and 6 of the massage mechanism 3 and a thermotherapy effect by the infrared-ray irradiation are simultaneously obtained in a state where a user sits on a seat part 1 and is relaxed by longing on the seat back part 2.
