PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture various rise sizes and tread sizes of precast concrete stairways with one form device to thereby reduce the cost of the form device and the manufacturing cost of the precast concrete stairways. SOLUTION: A step form member 11 includes a plurality of V-shaped members 23 having a tread forming plane and a rise forming plane in an upward open V-shape and slidably placed on a base plate 10 and a plurality of connecting attachments 26 formed in a triangular or trapezoidal section having a slope of the same inclination as that of the forming plans of the V-shaped member 23. Various rise sizes and tread sizes of stairways can be formed by using various sizes of connecting attachments 26 different in height in a replaceable manner. A side form member having a lower edge corresponding to the sawtoothed shape of the step form member 11 is formed to be fitted in the step form member 11 so as to be movable in the cross direction, making it possible to easily change the width of a stairway.
