PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a number of part items and tightening processes, without decreasing tightening parts of a cover to a hold member and strength. SOLUTION: A base plate 26 and a pad cover 48 are integrally formed by connecting frame parts 30, 56 with lock metal fittings 60 integrally formed by connecting a plurality of penetrating parts 64 penetrated in the frame parts 30, 56 by connection parts 62. Since a plurality of the penetrated parts 64 are integrally formed by the connection parts 62, all the penetrated parts 64 are inserted in the frame parts 30, 56 by one time process. Further, in spite of having a plurality of the penetrated parts 64, the subject device is substantially a single part. Consequently, the number of part items and tightening processes can be decreased without reducing tightening parts and strength. |
