PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a retrieval person to easily detect required data by providing a position information matching judgment means and a data output means for outputting data stored in position information judged to be matched by the position information matching judgment means. SOLUTION: A CPU 3 executes a retrieval processing on a retrieval data group based on an inputted retrieval object keyword. Retrieval result position information is outputted as the result. Then, the CPU 3 judges whether retrieval result position information is matched with field position information or not. Retrieval result data only of matched position information is outputted. It is judged whether retrieval result position information is matched with field position information in a filed position information group and retrieval result data of matched position information is outputted. Thus, position information of data which a retriever requires is limited and the retriever can easily detect required data.
