PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring device capable of reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This data transferring device is provided with an analog output terminal 14, an analog connector connection detecting sensor 15 for detecting whether a plug for analog is connected to this analog output terminal 14 or not, a digital connecting terminal 16, a digital connector connection detecting sensor 17 for detecting whether a plug for digital is connected to this digital connecting terminal 16 or not and a system control part 6 for inhibiting the output of data from the analog output terminal 14 when this digital connector connection detecting sensor 17 detects the connection of the plug for digital and inhibiting the output of data from the digital connecting terminal 16 when the analog connector connection detecting sensor 15 detects the connection of the plug for analog.
