PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a bilayer coated film having luminous properties, and excellent in weather resistance, water resistance, a design (beautiful appearance) or the like. SOLUTION: (A) A luminous pigment-containing coating material, and (B) a clear coating material are coated on a material to be coated such as a roof and a bonnet of a car body in order. In other aspect, the luminous pigment- containing coating material A, (C) a light interference coating material, and the clear coating material B are coated on the material to be coated in order.
