PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cushioning performance and quick heating performance, and to prevent position deflection between wadding and a heater. SOLUTION: This heater unit 11 for a seat is composed of a surface skin 14 of the seat, a main pad 15 having cushioning performance, wadding 12 provided between the surface skin 14 and the main pad 15. A heater 13 to heat a seat surface, and the wadding 12 is integrated with the heater 13. Quick heating performance can thus be improved without deteriorating the cushioning performance, and position deflection between the wadding and the heater 13 can be prevented. In a process of installing the wadding onto the surface skin 14, the heater 13 can be simultaneously disposed.
