CONTROL METHOD OF VIDEO CAMERA FOR MONITOR AND RECORDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an image without shake by detecting the moving speed of an entering object in a screen by image recognition and controlling the shutter speed of a monitoring video camera through the use of the information on the moving speed. SOLUTION: A video interface 305 converts a moving image sent from a video camera for monitor 1 to a format used in the monitoring video camera controlling and recording device 3 to send it to a controller 301, an image recognizing part 303 and a storing device 306. A video interface 305 outputs signal information outputted from the device 306 or image information from the camera 1 to a monitor 2. An image recognizing part 303 detects whether the sent moving image is an entering object or not and detects the brightness and the moving speed of it. Based on this speed and brightness, the electronic shutter speed and the diaphragm of the camera 1 are controlled. The control signals of these are outputted to the camera 1 via a communication control part 304.
