PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of an operator, and secure wide operation space. SOLUTION: Floor carriages 18 equipped with elevatable floor plates 17 are linked with both ends of a transfer carriage 5 having stages 6, on which two die holders 13 are put. The floor carriages 18 moves along a rail 4 together with the transfer carriage 5, and either stage 6 is positioned on a front face of a press machine 1. In this case, one floor carriage 18 whose floor plate 17 descends, is submerged below an operation floor 2, and the ascending floor plate 17 of the other floor carriage 18 covers an opening part of a pit 3.
