PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflection plate which attains a wide viewing angle and bright display and besides is efficiently manufactured with a simple process. SOLUTION: The reflection plate is provided with a surface projecting and recessing layer 2 formed with paint containing a binder resin and crosslinked resin particles and a reflection layer 3 arranged on the surface projecting and recessing layer 2 so as to inherit the projecting and recessing shape of the surface projecting and recessing layer 2. In the reflection plate, incident light is reflected from the surface of the reflection layer 3, however, the surface of the reflection layer 3 inherits the projecting and recessing shape of its substrate that is the surface projecting and recessing layer 2. Consequently the light is reflected from the surface of the reflection layer 3 with the projecting and recessing shape so as to scatter the reflected light toward a direction pespendicular to the display screen. |
