The connector comprises a female component (A) which axially immobilises the male component (B) once its fitting has caused opening of a loaded valve (3) in the female component. It has annular rings (10,11) whose longitudinal claws (10a,11a) are engaged one in the other between the female component body (1-2) and an axially displaced operating sheath (8-9). The two ends of the claws engage through slots in the female body, with an annular locking depression (13b) in the male component body. The internal locking ring claws have a protuberance (10c) at their free end located laterally to the end head (10b) which are engaged in the same body slots (1b) as the external ring external ring claws. In this way in a first coupled position the claws engage with the slots' ramp edge and hold the protuberances in the male annular depression. At a second instant, the claw heads engage the sheath axial opening wall to stay applied in the annular depression and immobilise the male in the intermediate decompression position. |
