摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer gel electrolyte imparted with both high ionic conductivity at a low temperature to a high temperature range and a shape-retaining properties at a high temperature range by constituting it of a non-aqueous electrolytic solution containing a mixture of plural acrylonitrile-based polymers having a dissimilar composition and a specific amount of a non-aqueous solvent having a specific viscosity at room temperature and by employing, as the acrylonitrile-based polymer, one having a pulp-like and/or a short fiber-like shape. SOLUTION: A non-aqueous electrolytic solution containing at least 5 wt.% of a non-aqueous solvent having a viscosity at room temperature of not higher than 1 cP is employed. As a mixture of acrylonitrile-based polymers, are preferably employed one, a polymer of the highest acrylonitrile units contained in which has a pulp-like and/or a short fiber-like shape and one whose acrylonitrile unit content is at least 90 wt.%, and concretely an acrylonitrile-based polymer obtained by copolymerizing an acrylate ester, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, methacrylonitrile or the like is preferably employed. As the pulp-like polymers are preferably employed those which have a structure comprising a fibrous trunk having many fibrils branching therefrom and are 1-20μm in diameter and 2-5 mm in length.
