PURPOSE: A food container possible to be heated in a microwave oven is provided to heat a food in an optimal state, to offer hygiene by preventing direct contact of a food with an adhesive agent and to bake a food well. CONSTITUTION: A pack(1) is inflated by the expansion of steam or air when the pack containing a food is heated in a microwave oven. While the amount of steam or air is increased by the sufficient heating of the food, a separator(2) is peeled off from the pack in a portion with small amount of adhesive agent(3) of a vertical angle and steam is emitted. In the use of a metal film as a sheet member in the microwave oven, a spark is not created if the thickness of the metal film is proper. Otherwise, a current is created by the application of an electric field in the metal film. If the metal film is thick properly, the metal film is heated to the temperature of 200°C by dielectric heating. Thereby, the food abutting to a protecting layer of the sheet member is heated to the temperature of 200°C in the microwave oven and a portion of well baked is created on the abutting surface of the food.
