PURPOSE: An intelligence-type bidding agency system on a network and a method therefor are provided to build an integrated system for performing business agency between suppliers and shopping malls, to automatically change bidding conditions, and to select an optimal bidding condition in a shorter time. CONSTITUTION: An intelligence-type bidding agency server(320) connects to a network, and transmits to computers of bidding participants an optimal bidding condition selected by evaluating inputted bidding conditions. When the bidding participant presents a new bidding condition, the bidding agency server(320) evaluates the bidding condition, renews the optimal condition, makes a contract according to the optimal condition, and notifies the result to the participants. A plurality of bidding participants computers connect to a network, and transmit the bidding conditions to the bidding agency server(320). When failing to be an optimal bidding condition presenter, the bidding participants computers automatically change their bidding conditions by an intelligence-type bidding process, and transmit them to the bidding agency server(320).
