The control comprises at least two slide elements (12,14) supporting the locking pin and which are adjustable in a straight line in or on one casement or leaf of two of the casement or leaf arms. The slide elements are joined at a corner by a flexible connecting element (24), and are each guided by a guide body (60) through which the locking pin penetrates. The guide body has a guide duct (20) which is curved in a circle arc in the duct-sections (16,18) containing the slide elements, in the transition part. The flexible connecting element is formed by transmission members (26,28) supported on facing duct-walls (46,48) in the guide duct.
