PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable opening/closing or repeated use of a container without leakage even if a seal member made of a metal having high corrosion resistance is used, by interposing a spring member between a covering member and a cover to press the cover to a container body. SOLUTION: A wall lining 2 is disposed to a body 1, and a wall lining 4 is disposed to a cover 3. Metal packing 6 as a seal member is interposed between the body 1 and the cover 3. Pressing bushes 801 are interposed between one of disc springs 701 and a ball head lock nut 5, and between the disc springs 701. When the ball head lock nut 5 is tightened to the body 1 by screws, pressing-down force acts on the disc springs 701 through the bushes 801. Thereby, the cover 3 is pressed to the body 1 by the pressing-down force of the disc springs 701 to ensure airtightness between the cover 3 and the body 1 by the metal packing 6. Accordingly, when difference in temperature between inside a container and the outside is generated at a time of temperature rise, test or treatment under high temperature and high pressure can be carried out without leakage of contents.
