PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rightly restore the contents of a public file in the case where the contents of the public file are illegally updated. SOLUTION: The external storing device of a file public server 100 retains update data 104, an internally retained file 105 and the public file 106. A public file update processing means 101 is started only in the case of obtaining identification of being the managing person of the server 100 and updates the contents of the file 105 and the file 106 according to the update data 104. A file publicizing processing means 103 publicizes only the file 106 outside through a network. A public file monitor and storing processing means 102 periodically monitors the file 105 and the public file 106 and when noncoincidence exists in the contents, the contents of the file 106 is replaced with the contents of the file 105. |
