SOLUTION: A care service kind information 204 is inputted from a button group for service kind selection, stored in a register 206 for service kind or the like and outputted later as data D2 such as care service menu. Next, when a start signal 207 or the like is supplied, on the basis of respective kinds of inputted information, a timer circuit 210 generates and outputs service time data D3 including date/time information. Next, the identification code data D1 outputted from an identification code register 203, the care service menu data D2 outputted from the register 206 for service kind or the like and the service time data D3 outputted from the timer circuit 210 are given to a point totalizing part 212 and the care service points are calculated and totalized.</p> |
