PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing device capable of keeping the condition of a sealing member excellent for a long time with its structure simplified. SOLUTION: This sealing device includes a ring member 4, the ring member 4 is fixed to a shaft body 1 in the axial direction at a position abutting against the side surface of a bearing in such a way that one radial surface is adjacent to a sealing member 6, the ring member 4 includes a taper shaped first circumferential surface part in an area at the sealing member 6 side, and an elastic ring 15 is interposed between the taper shaped circumferential surface part and the sealing member 6, and the elastic ring has diameter capable of excerting force in the axial direction against the sealing member. |
