PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a present congestion state in a route map by inputting information of congestion state in the route map of train displayed on a display board, and controlling the display of the train route map according to the congestion state on the basis of the input congestion state information. SOLUTION: A display drive circuit 2 is controlled by a control part 3 formed mainly of a CPU. A communication control part 4 takes in information of congestion state of train and can receive information of congestion state from a congestion state collecting device 5. As the device 5, an upper rank apparatus is used such as a train running control device capable of controlling trains in an area shown by a route map 1a and grasping congestion state of train. As the information of congestion state of train input to the control part 3, information of congestion of train preliminarily stored in the control part 3 can also be used without relying on that obtained by an external apparatus such as the device 5.
