摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power consumption by storing data image data to correct a dark current noise or the like and eliminating the need for capture of data image for every main photographing so as to prevent the perfect moment for a good picture from being missed and to arrange intervals of photographing frames. SOLUTION: A system control section 52 decides a charge storage time in response to an aperture and a shutter speed on the basis of a measured distance and a photometry value after prescribed initializing and stores the charge storage time to a memory 52. When a single shot/consecutive shot switch 68 sets a single shot flag or a consecutive shot start flag, no dark picture capture processing is conducted and a SW 2 of a shutter switch 62 is turned on. When this charge storage time Tn is compared with a preceding charge storage time Tn-1, and if not Tn>Tn-1, preceding dark image data are used. A shutter release time lag is decreased and intervals of consecutive shot frames are nearly made constant by conducting data picture capture processing before consecutive shot in this way so as to take precedence of photographing timing over the dark picture capture processing.
