PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection device for preventing an aliasing phenomenon. SOLUTION: A radiation detection device is in a configuration where a semiconductor film with a low resistance is provided at a face sensor part 11 as a radiation conversion film 7 for converting a radiation signal (radiation projection image) into an electric charge signal. The electric charge signal is not concentrated only at a pixel electrode 9 directly below and one portion of the electric charge signal is diffused to the surrounding pixel electrode 9 for applying a low-pass filter. Therefore, an influence due to a thin image pattern in a radiation projection image for causing an aliasing phenomenon can be eliminated before sampling, so that an electric charge signal for creating a radiation image without any aliasing phenomenon can be read from a planar sensor, thus creating a high-quality image without any artifacts finally.
