PURPOSE: A structure for discharging falling earth is provided to discharge earth falling between boom foot pin brackets to the lower portion of an upper body without accumulation. CONSTITUTION: A discharge communicating tool(50) is opened toward a boom foot pin bracket(11) and communicated to a discharge port of a falling earth box(32). The discharge communicating tool(50) is positioned on the outside of the boom foot pin bracket(11). An earth discharging box(45) discharges earth to a place more distant than the outer circumference of a turning tool from the discharge communicating tool(50). Thus, the earth is discharged to a position avoiding the turning tool.
