PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rate of decomposition and removal of the in endocrine disruptors and carcinogens in the whole treating system by treating water to be treated with the combination of ozone, hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet ray and treating the treated water with the combination of biological treatment, flocculation treatment, filtration treatment and activated carbon treatment. SOLUTION: The endocrine disruptors or carcinogens in the water to be treated is oxidation decomposed with hydroxyl radical having strong oxidation powder by introducing the water 1 to be treated, in which hydrogen peroxide is charged, into an AOP(advanced oxidation process) decomposition process, charging ozone and causing catalytic reaction with an ultraviolet irradiation lamp 5. Organic materials and heavy metals are removed in the treated water by passing the water 6 treated with the oxidation decomposition through a biological treatment process 8, a flocculation settling process 9, a sand filtration process 10 and a activated carbon process 11 and the treated water after the removal is discharged out of the system as effluent 12. |
